Place navigation on the left of the screenIf you’re reading this, you’ve managed to find TheRileys.net at its new home with all new software running the site (yay, WordPress) and new servers to boot. This really won’t mean much to anyone but me I suppose, but what it does mean is that the site has just become significantly easier to maintain and update. I used to spend several weeks (working at nights after work and on weekends) to update the look of the site in its old setup. Now, if I get tired of the current look (which I do, a lot), I can pretty much change it with the click of a button. Madi and Rebecca will appreciate it. What this means for the rest of you is that you are going to have to suffer through some of the kinks that will show up for the next couple of weeks. Rest assured, the Madi Photos are in place, so you can get your fix. The rest of the site will be under construction over the next couple of weeks. Rather than tinker with it and get it exactly right before making the server switch, I decided I couldn’t wait that long (only a true geek would get that excited about something like this) and figured the best way to get it done is just to do it… Bear with me, it will be better in the end!
