This was Madi’s first real tub bath. Well, the first one that we’re counting anyway. She took a couple of tub baths before she was old enough to know that she was in the big tub and not in the baby tub, out of necessity during travels and such. As it turns out, she’s most definitely not afraid of the water. When we sat her down in the bathroom floor to get ready, she crawled over to the tub, pulled herself up and started trying to climb on in. She splashed around until the water got so cold she was shivering and wasn’t ready to get out even then. The funniest part was watching her crawl her way from the drain end of the tub to the other end, only to float back on the waves she was making.
